Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
Small size of marshmallows (size length 2cm and diameter 1cm)
Yellow chocolate pen
1. Cut into a marshmallow 4 points with kitchen scissors
2. Spread out the marshmallow and press each end of the marshmallow together with a bamboo stick or something.
The part where the marshmallow was cut will be sticky, so please remove the bamboo stick from the marshmallow using a knife.
3. Place the tip of a chocolate pen in hot water, and take out it from the hot water when the chocolate has softened.
Cut the tip of the pen, and draw a stamen and pistil in the center of the marshmallow using the chocolate pen. Push out a small amount of chocolate several times so that the marshmallow become a tea flower-like.
The marshmallow tea flowers can be used to decorate matcha or hojicha lattes, as well as cakes. You can also enjoy eating the marshmallow tea flowers as they are.
