Milk black tea jelly

Ingredients (for 2 people) :
Black tea leaves: 1 to 1.5 teaspoons
Hot water: 300ml
Sugar (to taste)
Gelatine powder: 5g
Lukewarm water: 50ml
Milk or condensed milk

Method:
1. ゼラチンパウダーをぬるま湯50ccで溶かします。
2. 濃いめに淹れた紅茶300ccに好みの量の砂糖を入れ、冷まします。
3. ゼラチンを2の紅茶に入れしっかりかき混ぜます。
4. 容器に3を入れ、冷蔵庫で冷やします。
5. 紅茶ゼリーが固まったら、ゼリーをつぶし器に入れ、牛乳または練乳をかけます。
1. Dissolve the gelatine powder in 50cc of lukewarm water.
2. Brew 300ml of strong black tea and add sugar to taste, then let it cool.
3. Add the dissolved gelatine to the tea and mix thoroughly.
4. Pour the mixture into a container and refrigerate until set.
5. Once the black tea jelly has set, crush the jelly and place it in a serving dish.
Pour milk or condensed milk over the jelly before serving.

*Tea leaves contain caffeine. The diuretic, stimulant and anticancer effects of caffeine intake are clinically recognized. On the other hand, excessive intake of caffeine may have a damaging effect on health. Especially, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and children should be careful with the amount of caffeine they intake.
