Sencha with mint and dried fruit #

Sencha means steamed green tea. However, in Japan, sencha typically refers to lightly or medium-steamed green tea, while fukamushicha refers to deep-steamed green tea.
Ingredients (for 2 people):
Sencha tea leaves
Mint leaves
Dried fruits (such as raisins, cranberries, or apricots)
Method:
Brew the tea and then add the mint leaves and dried fruits.
You can use either lightly or medium-steamed or deep-steamed sencha tea leaves.

*Tea leaves contain caffeine. The diuretic, stimulant and anticancer effects of caffeine intake are clinically recognized. On the other hand, excessive intake of caffeine may have a damaging effect on health.
