Biscuits 100g
Salad oil 40ml
Milk 20g
Unsweetened yogurt 400g
Sugar 50-70g (adjust to taste)
Gelatin powder 5g
5 heaped teaspoons of matcha (about 10g)
Ziploc bag
For decoration:
A few marshmallows
A few blueberries
Method:
1. Place the biscuits in a Ziploc bag and crush them into fine crumbs using a rolling pin.
2. Add 2 heaped teaspoons of matcha (about 4g), salad oil, and milk to the bag.
Mix and knead with your hands, then crush with the rolling pin.
3. Line the bottom of the cake mold with parchment paper. Evenly spread the biscuit mixture over the bottom of the mold and chill in the refrigerator for several hours.

5. Mix the sugar and remaining matcha powder into the drained yogurt.
6. In a small saucepan, combine 50cc of the drained yogurt liquid with gelatin powder.
Heat gently over low heat without boiling, stirring until the gelatin dissolves.
Remove from heat once dissolved.
7. Add the gelatin mixture to the matcha yogurt and mix thoroughly.
8. Pour the matcha yogurt mixture over the chilled biscuit base in the mold.
10. Refrigerate for several hours until set.
11. Remove the cake from the mold and place it on a serving plate.
Decorate with marshmallows and blueberries.
Tear each marshmallow into four pieces and roll them into small balls.
