How to make a cup of Sencha/Fukamushicha/Kukicha

Sencha is Japanese medium steamed green tea, Fukamushicha is deep steamed green tea and Kukicha is steamed green tea with stems.

A heaped teaspoon of tea leaves (about 2〜3g)
Boiled water 200ml
Water temperature: about 70 to 80℃
Brewing time: 1 minutes

For the second and third teacups, pour boiled water directly into the teapot and brew the tea for about 1 minute.
You can enjoy different flavors depending on the brewing temperate. The first cup will have a natural sweetness, while the second and third cups have a mild bitterness and astringency.
