Organic Fukamushicha used tea leaf and Nattō Pizza

Fukamushicha is deep-steamed green.
Nattō is a traditional Japanese superfood made from soybeans that have been fermented.
Ingredients (for 1 person):
1 heaped teaspoon (2-3g) organic deep steamed tea leaves
250ml water
commercial pizza crust 17cm
nattō 1 pack including nattō sauce and karashi mustard
30g Shredded cheese
Cherry tomatoes
olive oil
*You can also use regular sencha.
Method:
1. Brew the tea in a teapot, take out the tea leaves and drain.
Please refer to the article How to brew sencha (steamed green tea) on this site. Put aside the tea to drink later.
2. Stir the nattō with the natto sauce and karashi mustard.
3. Put the cheese, cut tomatoes and drained tea leaves into a bowl, and mix well.
4. Spread the mixture onto the pizza crust to coat it and put a small amount of olive oil.
5. Bake in the middle of an oven preheated to 250C (482F) for 5 to 7 minutes.
*Tea leaves contain caffeine. The diuretic, stimulant and anticancer effects of caffeine intake are clinically recognized. On the other hand, excessive intake of caffeine may have a damaging effect on health. Especially, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and children should be careful with the amount of caffeine they intake.
