Ingredients :
Pancake mix: 200g
Sugar: 30-50g (adjust to your preferred sweetness)
Eggs: 1-2
Milk: 60ml
Salad oil: 60ml
Matcha (green tea powder): 1-2 teaspoons
Hojicha powder (roasted green tea powder): 1-2 teaspoons

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the milk, salad oil, sugar, and pancake mix. Mix well, then divide the batter into two portions.
3. Dissolve the matcha and hojicha powders in a small amount of hot water separately, and mix each into one portion of the batter thoroughly.
4. Line a cake mold with parchment paper. If you don’t have parchment paper, grease the inside of the cake mold with salad oil.
5. Tilt the cake mold and pour the matcha batter into one half. Then, tilt the mold the other way and pour the hojicha batter into the other half. Use a skewer to lightly swirl the batters together to create a marble pattern.
6. Drop the mold from a height of about 5cm onto a cutting board three times to remove air bubbles from the batter.
7. Bake in the middle of an oven preheated to 180C (356F) for about 30 minutes.
Check if the cake is done by inserting a skewer; if it comes out clean, the cake is fully baked.

*Even if you use the same temperature and time settings, the degree of doneness may vary depending on the oven model and its age. The oven temperatures and times mentioned in this article are only a guide, so please adjust the temperature and time settings to match your specific oven and avoid overcooking or undercooking the food.
