Matcha Yogurt Tart

Tart crust
150g pancake mix
6 tablespoons salad oil
6 tablespoons milk
1.5 heaped teaspoons of matcha (3-4g)

Matcha yogurt cream
300ml yogurt
2 heaped teaspoons of matcha (4-5g)
50g sugar
8g gelatin powder
50ml warm water (about 50 to 60 °C)
Frozen berries

Tart crust
1. Preheat the oven to 200C/392F.

2. Add pancake mix, matcha, milk in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

2. Knead the dough to form a smooth dough.

3.  Wrap the dough in plastic wrap, and chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

4. Roll the dough. If covering a plastic wrap on the dough, it is easy to roll the dough.
5. Apply a thin layer of salad oil with kitchen paper to the inside of the tart mold.
6. Press the dough in the tart mold, trimming away any excess.

7. Prick the dough with a fork.

8. Bake in the middle of the oven, preheated to 200C/392F, for about 20 minutes.
Matcha yogurt cream
1. Add yogurt, matcha and sugar in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
2. Place 50ml of warm water (about 50 to 60 °C) and gelatin powder in a bowl or cup and mix thoroughly. Add the gelatin into the matcha yogurt 1 and mix thoroughly
3. Add the matcha yogurt into the tart crust and chill it for a few hours in the fridge.
4. Put on marshmallows berries on the tart.

*Tea leaves contain caffeine. The diuretic, stimulant and anticancer effects of caffeine intake are clinically recognized. On the other hand, excessive intake of caffeine may have a damaging effect on health. Especially, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and children should be careful with the amount of caffeine they intake.
