Organic used sencha tea leaf cheese egg toast

Sencha is steamed green tea.
*Simply using tea leaves, egg and mayonnaise alone is also good. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Ingredients:
1 heaped teaspoon of organically grown sencha tea leaves (about2-3g)
200 to 250ml hot water
1 slice plain white or wholemeal bread
15-20g cheese (shredded cheese, etc.)
1 egg (small)
Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
Method:
1. Brew sencha tea, take out the used tea leaves and drain. Please refer to the article How to brew Sencha (steamed green tea) on this site. Put aside the tea to drink later.
2. In a bowl, mix the tea leaves, shredded cheese and mayonnaise, and add a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
4. Spread half of the mixture onto two slices of bread. Press the mixture down in the middle of one side of the bread and break the whole egg into the crater. Add mayonnaise on it.
5. Put the tin into the oven and bake it at 250℃ for 10 minutes.
*In case of using a toaster, cook in the toaster oven on the medium temperature setting for about 6-8 minutes.
*Tea leaves contain caffeine. The diuretic, stimulant and anticancer effects of caffeine intake are clinically recognized. On the other hand, excessive intake of caffeine may have a damaging effect on health. Especially, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and children should be careful with the amount of caffeine they intake.
