Lasagna with tea leaf sauce and gyoza sheet

Ingredients :
3 tablespoons Organic tea leaf sauce
20-26 gyoza wrappers
1/2 onion
80g ground meat (beef, pork, or chicken)
100ml milk
100ml water
2 pieces of store-bought stew mix
Melting cheese
Olive oil or salad oil
Method:
1. Finely chop or dice the onion.
2. Heat a pot and add a small amount of olive oil or salad oil. Sauté the onion and ground meat together.
3. Add water and milk to the pot, heat on low until it starts to boil. Then add the organic tea leaf sauce and the store-bought stew mix. Continue to heat on low, stirring until it thickens. Save a small amount (about 1 teaspoon) of the tea leaf sauce for later.
4. Brush a grill pan with olive oil and arrange 8-10 gyoza wrappers in a single layer, covering the entire bottom of the pan.
5. Spread the mixture from step 3 over the gyoza wrappers, then sprinkle melting cheese on top. Place another layer of gyoza wrappers (8-10 pieces) on top of the cheese, covering it completely. Repeat this layering 2-3 times.
6. Top the final layer of gyoza wrappers with more cheese and drizzle the reserved tea leaf sauce evenly over the top.
7. Bake in a fish grill or in an oven (preheated to 180°C or 350°F) on low heat for about 5-6 minutes, until the surface has a light golden brown color.
*You can also use an oven or toaster oven. Be cautious with the heat to prevent burning.
