Ingredients (for 1 person) :
1 tablespoon
Organic tea leaf sauce
1 chicken breast
Shredded cheese
Salt and pepper

Vegetable sides:
Tomato, potato, etc.

Method:
1. Lightly season both sides of the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
2. Mix the shredded cheese and 1 tablespoon of Organic tea leaf sauce in a bowl.
3. Without preheating or adding oil, place the chicken skin-side down in a frying pan over low heat. Occasionally press down on the thick parts of the chicken with a spatula. When the chicken starts to release its own oil, increase the heat to medium and use a paper towel to remove the excess oil. Once the skin is browned, flip the chicken over. *If using a non-stick frying pan, you don’t need to add oil to prevent sticking.
4. Place the mixture of shredded cheese and Organic tea leaf sauce on top of the chicken. Cover the frying pan with a lid and cook on medium heat for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
